The Elite Job is looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Beauty Salon Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a high-end beauty salon in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty services, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the salons daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Supervise, motivate, and train salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of beauty products and supplies.

  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

  • Monitor salon performance, including sales targets and staff productivity.

  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards within the salon.
