Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for partner inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions via email, chat, and phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, operational, or account-related issues reported by partners, escalating complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Educate partners on product features, best practices, and policy updates to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Document all partner interactions, issues, and resolutions meticulously in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify common partner challenges and suggest improvements to processes, products, or knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive partner experience.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our platforms.
  • Gather partner feedback and insights to contribute to product development and service enhancement.
  • Maintain a high level of partner satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of experience in customer support, partner relations, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse partner needs.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HR technology, recruitment, or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Malay to liaise with local partners.
  • A track record of exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
