About the position
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with PM and operations centers to ensure all required documentation is provided.
- Assist graphics integration specialist and graphics designer in developing graphics submittals for customer approval.
- Generate a comprehensive list of all required graphics for assigned projects with PM and graphics designer.
- Establish graphics delivery dates with PM and graphics designer to meet project schedules.
- Verify graphics package is 100% complete and ready for field installation, checking points, navigation links, mechanical accuracy, symbols, customer standards, and system functionality.
- Perform Quality Assurance on the deployment package and turn over the solution to field technical resources.
- Ensure adherence to end-user standards and requirements, accounting for all project deliverables.
- Update cloud-based project site with testing/reviewed results and technical documents.
- Receive and track work performed in operations centers via workflow management software.
- Provide remote support for local field technicians if issues arise within the graphical digital deployment package.
- Act as a technical resource to all engineering and field resources.
- Assist in setting up graphical front end for factory witness testing when needed.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience within the Building Automation industry
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Science or another related technical field
- On-the-job experience with engineering fundamentals, construction methods, Internet of Things and API integrations.
