You will help us keep growing and we will help you to grow in the company and reach all your professional and personal goals.<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>The Packer is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse, such as picking and wrapping the material to protect it from damage and packaging it for shipment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following<br><br></strong><ul><li>Storage of daily packages.</li><li>Receive the cargo and process the information in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Collect and wrap the material.</li><li>Place in boxes for shipping.</li><li>Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.</li><li>Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.</li><li>Engaging in physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and movement of the entire body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, bending, and handling materials.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school or equivalent preferred.</li><li>English and Spanish are preferred, but you can speak one of the two languages only.</li><li>Reliability: The job requires being trustworthy, responsible, and fulfilling obligations.</li><li>Cooperation: The job requires being nice to others at work and displaying a friendly and cooperative attitude.</li><li>Integrity: The job requires being honest and ethical.</li><li>Independence: The job requires developing one's own way of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and relying on oneself.</li><li>Attention to Detail: The job requires attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.</li><li>Self-motivated to start, continue, and finish tasks without external rewards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation And Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>Hourly rate range $13 to $14 based on qualifications.</li><li>Dental, Vision, and Health insurance.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>(Waiting Period may apply.
