Will work set hours, 20 hours a week; 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM Mon - Fri. Provides accurate and efficient data entry support to the Global Operations department. Uses a broad knowledge base of systems and processes to accurately and efficiently enter authorizations for services from clients. Exhibits excellent attention to detail, has great follow-through, and can work autonomously. Possesses great logic and problem-solving skills. Essential Functions: Performs ongoing monitoring of several email boxes to receive authorizations for service from our clients. Enters authorizations for service in the system in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures we receive the appropriate information for the authorization; follows up when information is missing or unclear. Maintains open lines of communication with internal stakeholders, proactively informing others of circumstances or situations they need to be aware of. Maintains data entry requirements by following procedures and guidelines. Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data when needed. Communicates with client contacts via phone and email to clarify information. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to actively listen and comprehend, ask appropriate questions, and use reasoning to form conclusions, identify problems, and find solutions. Highly organized multi-tasker with great time management skills and the ability to prioritize. Able to work independently and take initiative. Strong attention to detail.
