Away from Home Sales Team Lead

Overview The Away from Home Sales Representative for Local Restaurants will execute a selling strategy to win local restaurant business, while supporting existing business. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against US Beverages operating plans and partnership expectations. Customers for this segment are solely focused on supporting restaurants, growing brand distribution, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role will also include execution of US Beverages annual priorities. Responsibilities Win New Local Restaurant Business within designated territory (handling Riviera Beach + Coral Springs delivered customers) Leverage technology to plan and support selling efforts Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Restaurant customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Ensure customers are complying with PBNA contract requirements Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Analyze customer information and business trends Forecast responsibility Optimize beverages per PBNA guidelines Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can volume growth Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
