Data Capture Technician (6M FTC, Tech) – Remote

Today, we are one of the world’s fastest growing insurance organizations, capable of writing in 128 countries on 6 continents.</i></p><p><b>Role Purpose</b></p><p>To support the Underwriting and Operations divisions through defined administrative responsibilities.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ol><li>Enter risk and policy data into the Underwriting system(s) within the defined Service Level Agreements.</li><li>Ensure all risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure all tasks are completed for month-end close on an accurate and timely basis.</li><li>Attend hybrid team meetings.</li><li>File all documentation into the document management storage folders as required per Class of Business.</li><li>Ensure that Underwriting files are complete and accurate.</li><li>Obtain any outstanding items from the underwriting team.</li><li>Assist with the training of new team members as required.</li><li>Undertake other appropriate ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management team.</li><li>Report any suspicion of financial crime to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer immediately.</li><li>Operate within the Company’s standards for Treating Customers Fairly.</li><li>Manage any potential conflicts of interest to avoid disrepute to the company’s integrity.</li><li>Advise Compliance of any complaints immediately.</li></ol><p><b>Experience</b></p><p>We are looking for a candidate who has previous data capture and administrative experience.
