Store Community Lead - Phoenix (Fixed Term until September 2025)

About the position

The Community Lead at Lululemon is responsible for executing the community strategy across North America, focusing on relationship management, product seeding, activations, and campaign activities. This role involves coaching store teams, managing community budgets, executing local events, and ensuring an inclusive ambassador roster that reflects market diversity. The position requires collaboration with various cross-functional partners to enhance community engagement and uphold the company's commitments to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and coordinate stores on community foundational excellence and budget management.
  • Execute local events for relevant activations and campaigns, managing budgets and strategic execution.
  • Partner with Community Manager, Regional Manager, and Store Managers to support the Ambassador Journey.
  • Maintain close relationships with store teams through regular visits and participation in team meetings.
  • Advise and partner with Regional Manager and stores on Community Initiatives Fund and Local Events submissions.
  • Enroll store teams in various community and brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners including NA Community and NA Events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in building connections/relationships on behalf of a brand.
  • Proven success in creating and executing community plans and tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high organization and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity principles.
